All Audiovisual rooms are equipped with support phones that have a direct priority access to the Service Desk for immediate technical issues. The support staff on the Service Desk are trained to provide excellent first level support response, and will send second level support staff to the room where issues cannot be resolved immediately.
AV support is also available on request via timetables for special events and ad-hoc bookings. All requests please contact the timetables team firstname.lastname@example.org.

- the Audio Visual technology
- the in-room computer
- connecting your laptop to the AV equipment

Service Desk has a limited number of Display adapters for Apple devices (Mac Laptop, iPhone, iPad etc), available for loan by staff on a class-by-class basis. Please contact the Service Desk for further enquiries.
