If you are having difficulty logging into eAcademic there is an easy way to retrieve your password. Please refer to the below instructions for how to retrieve the password.
Note: If you have attempted to login 5 times and failed, your account will be locked for 15 Minutes.
- Please enter your username (e.g. For John Citizen it will be jcitizen) and full staff ID number in 8 digit format with leading zeros.
- Your password will then be emailed to your SCU staff email account.
