How do I retrieve my eAcademic password?

If you are having difficulty logging into eAcademic there is an easy way to retrieve your password. Please refer to the below instructions for how to retrieve the password.

Note: If you have attempted to login 5 times and failed, your account will be locked for 15 Minutes.


  • Please enter your username (e.g. For John Citizen it will be jcitizen) and full staff ID number in 8 digit format with leading zeros.

  • Your password will then be emailed to your SCU staff email account.
