How do I clear cache in Mozilla Firefox?

  • On the toolbar, click the menu button (three vertical lines), then select history

 

  • Select Clear recent history

  • Select Time Range to Clear as "Everything", then under Details ensure that Cookies, Cache, and Active Logins are selected, then press Clear Now.

  • Once complete, close Mozilla Firefox, re-open, then try accessing the web page again.

If you are still experiencing a problem after clearing your browser cache, you may need to try an alternate browser, such as Google Chrome (www.google.com/chrome) or Internet Explorer
