- Click on Settings at the top right of the screen (an icon with 3 dots), select History, then select History from the extended box options.
- Select Clear browsing data.
- set the time range as the beginning of time. Ensure that Cookies and other site and plug-in data, Cached images and files, and Passwords are all selected, then press Clear Browsing Data.
- Once complete, close Google Chrome, re-open, then try accessing the web page again.
If you are still experiencing a problem after clearing your browser cache, you may need to try an alternate browser, such as Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox (www.mozilla.org).
