- Click on Settings at the top right of the screen (an icon with 3 dots), select History, then select History from the extended box options.
- Select Clear browsing data.
- select the Advanced tab at the top of the window, then set the time range as All time. Ensure that Cookies and other site data, Cached images and files, and Passwords are all selected, then press Clear Browsing Data.
- Once complete, close Google Chrome, re-open, then try accessing the web page again.
If you are still experiencing a problem after clearing your browser cache, you may need to try an alternate browser, such as Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox (www.mozilla.org).
