Any emails in CRM older than 3 months will have their attachments stored in SharePoint.
If the email is forwarded, by default a hyperlink to Sharepoint is sent instead of the document. The hyperlink can only be used by SCU Staff with CRM Sharepoint access.
To send the attachment so that it can be used by people without that access:
- click the hyperlink
- download the document
- attach it to the new/forwarded email as you would for any other email & attachment.
