How do I change my CRM queues?

If you already have access to CRM your Supervisor can email crmhelp@scu.edu.au to request access to queues. You cannot request additional access for yourself.

If you do not yet have access to CRM please use this link and include which queues you need access to when doing so. Your Supervisor will be contacted to approve the application.
