Documents which are older than 3 months are automatically migrated to SharePoint from CRM. When this happens the CRM will display a hyperlink to the document in SharePoint.
If you are not an SCU CRM user and have received a Sharepoint link please contact the email sender and ask them to resend the email with the document attached.
If you are an SCU CRM user and are getting a message saying "access denied" please submit a request to the service desk requesting CRM Sharepoint access.
Only SCU Staff who have CRM accounts may have access to the CRM Sharepoint site.
If a staff member who is a CRM user requests Sharepoint access, assign the request to the MAD / Windows team to be actioned. For all other requests, instruct the requester to please contact the person who sent them the link and have the document sent instead.
