How do I setup a Skype Meeting?

Please note this guide has created with Outlook 2013.

Open outlook and enter the calendar section. Once there at the top you will have "New Skype Meeting" as seen below, please click it.

Please fill in the required details for the meeting e.g. Who is a part of it, what its about and if necessary a comment in the body of the invite.

Note: If you are doing a skype meeting from a meeting room please invite the room to the meeting via the To... section.

You have now successfully created a skype meeting through outlook. Please direct the attendees to this article for information on how to join the meeting.
