To resolve this error with Collaborate:
- Head back into your learning site in MySCU, and attempt to join the collaborate session again.
- Instead of pressing save, select Open. This will ensure that the latest version of the play.collab or meeting.collab file is run.
Note: Avoid saving the file, if possible. If your browser is set to automatically download then please note that you will always need to open the latest downloaded file from your downloads folder; this is often shown by the file having a number at the end of the name. Always select the one with the highest number in your downloads folder.
