I have received the following error: There was a problem accessing the site. Try to browse the site again. (Reference Number)

You may receive the following error when trying to login to SCU emails or Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
 
If you receive the following message after login:
 

We are currently working with Microsoft on a fix for this issue however in the meantime there is a workaround, please try these steps.

  • try to re-browse back to the site again and enter your login details a second time, you can get there by clicking here.
  • If the error message pops straight up onto the screen you may need to clear your browsers cache, please follow the instruction Here.
