How to Add an application into Citrix Receiver

This process is the same for the web page and the Citrix receiver desktop application. If you need assistance to remove a citrix application, click here


To add an application click the plus on the left hand side of the screen.

Click the Category eg Student System

Note: In rare cases you may not see any apps or headings - if this occurs please contact the Service Desk.

This is caused by the staff member not being in a 'SG_$Staff_(x)' AD Security Group


From there click the application you wish to add.

Your application is now added to your Citrix receiver, to open either double click or right click and select open.
