How do I arrange a Non-Standard Account?

To request access to SCU computer systems for a contractor, partner or visiting staff member. Please complete the online form, available here.

  • Requests MUST be made by a CURRENT SCU STAFF MEMBER, with their SCU email address as requester. All requests that do not come from an "@scu.edu.au" email address will be rejected.
  • Different information will be requested based on your previous answers to guide you into requesting the right sort of account or access for your visitor's needs.  (This may not be a full Non-Standard Account as there are now other, easier, options available for some circumstances)
  • The relevant Terms & Conditions must be acknowledged (ticked) before you will be able to proceed. Please review the SCU Computing Conditions of Use to ensure you are aware of them and can likewise make your visitor aware of them.
  • You need to accurately enter a single SCU email address of appropriate authority in the field so labelled. The "placeholder text" in the field will indicate the approver's required level of authority eg Head of School depending on the nature of the access required.
