Some common problems logging into Concur
After you login, if you are redirected to a Concur login screen, this means you do not currently have an active Concur account with SCU. In this instance, please contact the Service Desk for assistance.
If you receive a "Shibboleth error" (like the one below) when trying to login, this generally means that the link you are using to access Concur is incorrect or corrupt. Try typing the following link directly into your web browser, and logging in again: http://concur.scu.edu.au
If you are accessing Concur from a bookmark in your web browser when you receive this error, you'll need to remove the bookmark and re-add it with the above link.
