How do I share my personal calendar?

To share your personal calendar with another SCU staff member, you'll need to

  • login to your SCU email
  • Click the 9 squares as indicated below by the red arrow, then select the Calendar tab.

  • on the left-hand side, ensure that Your Calendars is expanded by clicking on the drop-down arrow, then right-click on Calendar and select Sharing permissions.


  • type the name of the staff member you wish to share the calendar with, then click on their name once they appear in the search list. Now you can set what kind of access the staff member will have to your calendar, then click Share

  • once you have sent the calendar invitation, press Done.
