How to reset your SCU password

If you have forgotten your SCU password, you are able to securely reset the password by following a few simple steps.

Changing or resetting your password will change the password for most University systems, including:

  • MyEnrolment
  • MySCU
  • Email
  • MyHR
  • Wireless
  • SCU Computer Login

For a list of systems that do NOT use the SCU password, click here.

For a detail list of systems that use the same password, click here.

How to reset your password

To reset your SCU password, use this Self-Service Password Reset portal.

On the password reset screen enter your username. For security purposes, you will need to confirm that you are not a robot by ticking the 'I'm not a robot' tick box. When this is complete, click 'Send Verification Code'.

If at this stage you receive an error message stating "You do not have any registered personal contacts details" then:

If you are a student, please contact the Service Desk

If you are a staff member, you will need to contact HR.

You will now be sent a Text Message to your mobile phone and/or an Email to your personal email account containing a verification code. Once received, enter the verification code, along with your choice of new password, and once again confirming the new password.
