SQL error when replying to an email in CRM

If you receive an SQL error when attempting to reply to an email in CRM, this is likely because the original email subject is too long. Unfortunately there is no way to edit this, so the best solution is to create a new email and copy across the information from the original message, with a shorter subject line.
